A New Nephew

On Tuesday at 3:05 pm, my sister and her hubby had a baby boy...9lbs 14 oz. During her pregnancy, everyone wondered...Would the X chromosomes continue to dominate and produce a 4th girl? Or would a Y chromosome finally win the battle against the X's and produce a boy? We were all excited that a Y won. Although according to my niece, if the baby had been a girl, "Mommy would keep having babies until she had a boy".

We now have 11 nieces and nephews...with 9 of them coming from my side. Including my daughter, my parents now have 10 grandchildren (7 girls and 3 boys)...all under the age of 6. Family gatherings are very entertaining.
